Also was a Regional Head of a Mumbai based educational group .Also promoted similar ventures at Ahmedabad and Dhaka.

A truly cosmopolitan personality, he is a Marathi born in Telangana and can Read,Write and Speak five languages.

Also a visiting faculty in the Finishing school of a reputed Engineering college in Hyderabad,an expert in Aptitude section of any company test.

MLV.Ramana Rao: The verbal expert in almost every test, with a vast experience of over 20 years,he has been a constant companion with Mr.Deshpande in almost every major venture.

The above combination has had a rich experience of imparting Campus Recruitment Training in around 20 Engineering colleges across Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Maharashtra.

Girish Kulkarni: The go to person for US admissions advice, his involvement ranges from accosting a potential US education aspirant, booking slots for their tests till he departs to foreign shores. His advice is exemplary when it comes to university selection, actual admission procedure and also Visa appointment and conducting mock interviews. He has been the cornerstone of admissions in USA and is considered a pillar of support for the students.
